    Gives deep aroma and color to dark beers, bocks, stout, alt and schwarzbier.

  • 7 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 1 oz Summit™ -17.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Summit™

    Super-high alpha hop with a low cohumulone content and a strong orange/tangerine citrus character.

i am new to all grain. what is the strike and mash temp.

I use 175 f strike and 151 f mash and 67 f for fermenting
