Brew day - currently fermenting

2015-09-23 6:01pm

Mashed at 150 degrees for 60 minutes. After a 1 hour boil I ended up with a 1.054 original gravity. It has been in the fermentor at 68 degrees for 11 days now, planning to bottle at 14 days assuming final gravity is set.
