  • 18 lbs Premium 2-Row Malt;Great Western

    Our most popular base malt, perfect for all beer styles, especially American ales and lagers. With moderate protein and enzyme levels and a very clean, smooth finish, our Premium 2-Row Malt is ideal for all-malt beers and for mashes containing moderate levels of adjunct.

  • 2 lbs White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    Common household table/baking sugar. Lightens flavor and body of beer. Can contribute a cider-like flavor to the beer if not cold-fermented or used in large quantities.

  • 1.5 oz Saaz -2.4 AA% whole; boiled 90 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 1 oz Hallertau -4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • Wyeast1024Belgian Ale

    Wyeast1024Belgian Ale

    Banana-estery. Clove-like phenolics. Intended for abbey beers.

Great Belgian, but too strong for Stella Clone

Nice clean Belgian blond ale with all the character of a Trappist. Would need to be watered down for a Stella clone to Stella 5% ABV. May attempt with portion of batch.
