The pineapple smells wonderful and the taste has improved after sitting in the bottle a couple of weeks. A nice brew to close out the summer.

Notes

Steep grains for 60 minutes at 153 degrees. Add DME at 60 minutes. Add LME at 15 minutes. Pitched yeast at 73 degrees. Fermenting at 68 degrees in the basement. Steep pineapple at 150 degrees and added to the secondary after two weeks. Moved to a tertiary to let the pineapple settle out for another week. OG 1.055. FG 1.012. 5.5% ABV.
