Home Brewing Tip

Do you have an old fridge? Can you get one?
Regardless of whether you prefer ales or lagers, the serious home brewer should also seriously consider obtaining a second "beer designated" refrigerator. Even a small fridge with constant temperatures can vastly improve the conditioning of ales and is absolutely essential for brewing and storing lagers. Check your local classifieds or tag sale fliers. Second hand refrigerators can be had for as little as $50 to $100.
