This finished right at 1.012, my second AG and everything went as planned! I am anticipating a nice spicy and creamy beer.

More spice

I want this to taste like pumpkin pie, so I made a tea with one cup of water including. 2 grams of Cinnamon 1 gram of Clove, Allspice, Ginger, and nutmeg. I tsp. Vanilla I also wanted a bit more body and try to get that whipped cream on the pie I added 1/2 lactose sugar which I boiled in the spice tea. I added this cup of spice and sugar to the keg and did a quick stir. Initial tastes after addition are very positive, I am not getting the flavor and body I want.

This has now aged enough and has developed very nice flavor. Thank you for the comment about hazelnut and chi tea. That sounds really good I will have to give it a try!
