Summary : A good american amber with a bit of Rye fullness to it. Hops are limited to what my local brew store had on hand, I wanted to go with a high-alpha for bittering and Mount Hood for flavor/aroma. I was originally aiming for a pale ale, but a lack of attention while mini-mashing basically shot any chance I had of a decent efficiency after I destroyed my enzymes within 10 minutes. As is, it's a lovely full-bodied amber.
