Special/Best/Premium Bitter • All Grain • 45 L

Matthew Jolly

Stunning hop profile. Good clean flavour of hops with a good malt background. Quite bitter but good and refreshing. Just what I was aiming for.

Probably the best beer I've made

2007-07-23 4:12am

I'm so pleased with this beer. It's by far the best beer I've made, and I came up with the recipe! It's dry, very hoppy with a nice grainy maltiness to back it up. It is everything I wanted it to be, a low strength summer beer with bags of flavour. Definitely one to make again... and again... and again!

I'd like to see the mash details. All it says is 3 hours, but at what temp and what thickness?
