upgrade to beertools 2

Post by roadie2 »

Hi,

im just wondering if someone can confirm what happens with 'my ingredients' items that have been added to the existing database when upgrading the software??

do they stay in the new database or need to be added again?

I have had a look for this information and cannot find it

thanks

If nothing unexpected happens, previous data is imported. BTP creates a backup file before importing data in case any problems occur. That way the import can be attempted again the next time the program is launched.
