Tasty. I took the belsnickle and the hanziskaner into work (Sam Adams) and they reviewed them on their daily taste panel. I got rave reviews on both. I spoke to David Grinnell today (Vice President of Brewing for Samuel Adams) and he said "I've heard about you" and "I hear your making some good beer". I promised to send some up to Boston for him and Jim (Koch) to try. I couldn't be happier.

Belsnickle is a holiday ale brewed with cinnamon, clove and honey.

Horse and Buggy Ale is brewed with honey and is a light refreshing brew.

Hanziskaner is a belgian weizen very similar to Hogaarden and Franziskaner (hence the name).

Hans Fenstermaker is an amish Lego character is created as a kid. He has been resurrected as the "founder and brewer".

It sounds like you're getting great reviews from people that know what they're talking about. Congratulations!
Keep brewing!
