Grain Absorption calculator?
Does the software provide a grain absorption percent?

Grain Absorbtion
I'm not sure about the BeerTools website, but the software includes a user adjustable correction for water absorbtion by grain.
You don't need a calculator, though, just multiple 0.125 gallons, or 1 pint, by the pounds of grain to get the amount of water absorbed by the grain in the mash. 1 L/kg if you prefer metric.
