This is my third brew. I woke up this morning to this crazy fermentation (video):

My last two didn't get that aggressive, at least not that I noticed.
Is this something normal(ish)?

It's probably because the beer is so warm. 74°F is really too high for most beer. 68°F, or even less, depending on the beer, would slow the fermentation down and probably make better tasting beer.
