Beefing up an AG recipe with extract
I am still somewhat new to homebrewing, but I was taught and have only known/done all grain recipes. I recently found a killer deal on some partial mash kits and bought those which has led to my curiosity about the use of extract.
Can I add in some dried extract to AG recipes to give it an abv boost as well as make it stretch into a larger batch (make it go from 5gal to 6+gal)?

Extract on top of all-grain
Absolutely. It will probably be best to add the extract late in the boil, with maybe 10-20 minutes left, to avoid the flavor issues that can arise from cooking extract for a long time.
