i need a clone recipe for a 5 gallon batch. this is my wifes favorite beer and its a seasonal beer, so firestone wont brew untill winter. please help

I've never had the Firestone beer, but that recipe looks decent.
I think that's on the low side for Munich Malt, so it might not add much, but it certainly won't hurt. I usually add at least 10%, and 20% wouldn't be out of line.
