Wild Rice Profile
I am wondering if anyone has a standard profile for wild rice as far as the color and fermentables that it will contribute to a beer? I can get fairly close in my estimation by using plain rice in beertools but I'd like to have a more exact way of predicting the out come of my beer. Any help would be appreciated.
ON TAP: Gingerbread Strong Ale BOTTLED: 1. Hayman's American Pale Ale w/ 9,000ft hops, 2. Milk Chocolate Stout IN LINE: Vanilla Mocha Porter w/ vanilla beans in the randalizer, Cerveza Morada (purple rice lager with hibiscus)
