this is my first post and thank you all for contributing to this world of wonder.
I have been brewing for 8 years kit beers and have experimented a bit along the way,recently I have started partial mash and am very exited about the results.
a german friend is asking me to brew WeihenStephaner.
anybody out there with a recipe partial mash prefered but all grain also welcome( I can see that this is going to be next)
