Coors Beer Ball

Post by Suthrncomfrt1884 »

I was wondering if anyone on here remembers the old Coors Beer Ball? A friend of mine who's dad homebrews said he uses two 2.5 gallon beer balls instead of kegs. Apparently they can be re-used.

Does anyone know about these things? I've been looking online and can't seem to find anything on them. I'm looking into maybe purchasing one for cookouts and such so I don't have to haul a jockeybox and keg around.

I usually just fill a couple of growlers from my keg.

Great find!

It's not the coors beer ball, but basically the same concept. Thanks for the link. I'm not sure I like the idea of it being plastic though.

Eh, party pigs are a nice idea. But the fact that it costs 4 or 5 bucks for a replacement bladder and they can only be used once...sort of a waste of money.
