Anybody ever prime with turbinado sugar?
Was thinking of trying this on a Belgian dark ale but the read that this was a no-no. True?

I don't see why this would be an issue. It's basically just brown sugar. Maybe a little less refined and with a few more impurities that would give it a more molasses-like flavor, but overall, it's still sugar. Cane-sugar works fine for priming too, so I'd give it a shot.

Secondary - Cherry Lambic
Bottled - Bourbon Barrel Coffee Porter, Double Chocolate Raspberry Stout, Imperial Nut Brown, Apfelwein, American Amber Ale w/Homegrown Hops, Breakfast Stout
