Improvements to shopping list

Please add the following:

1) Option to limit shopping list to only items that need to be purchased. In other words, if I don't need to shop for them, they shouldn't be on the shopping list.

2) Cut/Paste: I email my shopping list to my brew store, they mill and deliver

3) Group shopping list by ingredient type:
Malts:
grain 1
grain 2
grain 3
etc.

Hops:
hop 1
hop 2
hop 3
etc.
