As far as I can see these are the main types of setups:
Missing anything? What about commercial setups?
- Direct Heated Mash/Lauter Tun + Boil Kettle
- Direct Heated HLT + Direct Heated Mash/Lauter Tun + Boil Kettle
- Direct Heated HLT + Unheated Mash/Lauter Tun + Boil Kettle
- Stovetop Infusion/Decoction Kettle + Direct Heated Mash/Lauter Tun + Boil Kettle
- Stovetop Infusion/Decoction Kettle + Unheated Mash/Lauter Tun + Boil Kettle
- Direct Heated HLT w/ Heat Exchanger Recirculation (HERMS) + Direct Heated Mash/Lauter Tun + Boil Kettle
- Direct Heated HLT w/ Heat Exchanger Recirculation (HERMS) + Unheated Mash/Lauter Tun + Boil Kettle

I think mine would be closest to #2 (no pun intended)
Three tier system:
HLT: direct heated Keggle
Mash: direct heated 10 gal SS mega pot with recirculation via a mach pump
Boil Kettle: 12 gal SS mega pot.
HLT: direct heated Keggle
Mash: direct heated 10 gal SS mega pot with recirculation via a mach pump
Boil Kettle: 12 gal SS mega pot.
