1) How long will a mead last once it has been bottled. I am going to try my hand in making one for the first time this evening. My wife is pregnant (due July 23) and I was wondering, will it still be good if I were to save it for 21 years? Also, how long should it ferment before bottling?
2) How can I get information on entering beer in a competition? I live in St Louis. Is there a web page that maybe lists national or local competitons? Anyone know where I can find this kind of stuff out? Thanks for your help.
