Just wondering...
Is there another board out there where people respond a bit more? Maybe just more traffic? I've really only got feedback on one topic it seems and I'm really just looking to get with other brewers to get some ideas and help along the way. I'm not trying to bash this board but I am a bit disappointed...

I have a Saison in primary. It has smelled great for the first two days but I woke up today and smell sulphur out of the airlock. Is this normal?

I know this beer as O'Hara's in the states. You might know it as something else in Europe. It is the Red from Carlows Brewery in Ireland. Judging beer
I'm wondering what kind of class is needed to be a judge in beer contests? I'd like to do it for a number of reasons. I'm out here in Denver, CO., so if anyone knows of any contests OR classes for this, please let me know.

O'Hara's Irish Red
Has anyone had this beer? I love it. I really am not much of a fan of Irish Reds but I fell in love with this one. (See where I'm going with this?) ...that's right, looking for not really a clone, but something that approaches this beer. Any thoughts?
