I would like to see 2 new fields added to the decoction editor, rest temperature, and rest time. This would allow for a rest of the decoction before bringing it all the way to a boil. That way the schedule graph would truly represent the mashing of the beer.

Is there any way to account for a rest part way through a decoction step? Say I want to raise the decoction temp up to 152 and hold it there for 15 min before I bring it up to a boil, then let it boil for 20 min?
