Does anyone have the particulars in order to add the simpon's malts from Northern Brewer to the Beer Tools Pro ingredients DB? In fact, what do all the particulars mean? I would like to build my own ingredients, but do not know where to find the info to complete all the fields in the editor. Is ther...

Rogue Honey Orange Wheat

Was just up in Oregon and hand a few pints of this and its Imperial version. Anyone have a clone recipe? And BTW, what does "Imperial" really mean when pertaining to beer?

thanks! i have moved it indoors and since we do not have central heatingand it is cool right now, I am having trouble getting it up to 68-70 degrees- hence the warm water bath idea. will see how it goes through today. might make another yeast starter to pitch tomorrow.

Would you ever want to put a 2nd yeast (same as primary or different?) into the 2ndary?

I think i may have a stuck primary due to cold temps. Here's the story and maybe you can suggest a solution: Brewed a belgian IPA on Sunday (May 4th) Cooled to ~77 degrees before racking to primary on a cool night so I knew it would be between 70-75 by the time i was done racking OG 1.078 Pitched Wh...
