Release of tannins?
Here is my question. When you pull out the grains and bring them to a boil does this release any of the tannins in the grains and will it add bitterness to the wort? I thought I had read before that if you take grains above the 160 mark for a long period of time it can release tannins is this true a...

Argentinean Cascade Hop Pellets
Argentinean cascade is more peppery, spicy and minty than US Cascade. It is very good aroma hop;similar to Spalt or Tettnanger.

RE:
Thanks for the comments, I think adding the hops all at once will be a good choice. Also thanks for the heads up on the Grains of Paradise this will be the first time using them so that will help out alot.
One more questions if I use fully modified malts will I still need a protein rest?

Bottle condition vs kegging and Heavy Grapefruit
Ok, I am kinda new to brewing Feb 08 but have 7 batch's under my belt. 3 extract, 1 malt pwdr (experiment lager) and 3 all grain. My question is does bottle conditioning (priming sugar) add sweetness to the beer versus using a kegging system? Tring to cut down some of the sugar profile in my beers. ...

The hot water will sanitize the clean bottles. Even a further step i still dip and drain in my no rinse sani solution. 9...
