Ok, I played with it for a while and, don't ask me what I did, got it to work. However, now when I bring up a saved recipe it seems that half the time the Ingredients Browse tab is missing. I've been using beertools for quite awhile now so all the obvious reasons for this problem have been addressed. ????

I can bring Beertools up and everything seems to be there, but I can't formulate a recipe. For instance I can click on a grain, put in the amount, hit enter, and while it appears in the recipe box it doesn't do anything else.

Ok, I know on "MY DOWNLOADS" it says I've downloaded the new update 2/5 times. This is not accurate. I have tried to download the update but I am unable to because there is a file that will not delete and the download stops.

Sorry about all the trouble. I took a closer look and it turns out that when I first purchased the program I used my first name twice. Why? I don't know. Thanks.

I don't think the license key is the problem. Even with the new key I can not click on the register icon, only the quit or purchase.

OK, I've downloaded BTP twice this morning but I'm never directed to renew my license key. I put the key which appears on my downloads and it just takes me to the BTP site. When there all I can do is purchase BTP.

My wife decided she would reinstall windows without bothering to save a copy of Beertools for me. She also lost all my notes and recipes as well. I went to my downloads and got my license key for my Beertools Pro, but I can't find a way reinstall it without purchasing it again. I know, I know, I sho...
