I've been looking into this as well. You can still buy some hops by the pound from www.hopsdirect.com. I have been thinking about planting some rhizomes next spring here in Iowa. Are you talking haze or debris? If this a Belgian ale with a decent wheat profile it may be a hazy beer. The yeast flocculation should be available from the supplier if that is the cause.
